Décor Transfers® are incredibly easy to use. Simply peel off the backing paper, place the transfer onto your desired surface, and rub it with the included tool to transfer the design. The transfer can be cut and rearranged to fit your specific needs, making it a versatile and customizable choice for all your Décor projects. Seal with your favorite water-based sealer or clear wax. Each Redesign with Prima® Décor Transfer includes an industry first: a curated Hue Harmony™ paint palette to help you coordinate your paint and your transfer!
Some tip and tricks- Remove the white backing before you start rubbing it on. Keeping in mind that typically these transfers stick quickly and cannot be moved. So make sure they are in the right place before you remove the backing and place it down. I tend to hover over my project then place.- Wait at least 24 hours after painting to apply the transfer. Or follow your paint manufacturer recommendation- Make sure the piece is clean of dust and residue. - Always seal your transfers after they are on your projects. You can use wax or a liquid waterbased topcoat. Wax is always last. Your transfer will not stick to wax. - Glass windows or mirrors do not need to be sealed. You can wipe the glass with a damp micro-fiber cloth made for glass. Do not use chemicals to wash the glass.
